The Shoei X-SPR Pro is Coming To The U.S. - The Only Question Is When?
Shoei helmets go by different names depending on the region you’re located, and the Shoei X-SPR Pro is the successor to what we know as the X-Fourteen here in the United States. When Marc Marquez started wearing the new X-SPR Pro in MotoGP, we knew that the time was close for an official announcement from Shoei regarding the new helmet and available graphics, but so far, we’ve only gotten that from Shoei Europe; it’s been total silence from the US arm of the company. The only sign of its eventual arrival is the lack of new 2023 graphics for the X-Fourteen.
With it having been months of European riders being able to purchase the X-SPR Pro, we Americans have to ask ourselves, when are we going to get the same opportunity? With a slew of new graphics, including two new Marc Marquez and one Alex Marquez race replica graphics, many fans are still patiently waiting and keeping a constant eye on Shoei’s social media, which I’m sure will be happening very soon. One thing is for sure right now though, it is a very bad time to purchase a Shoei X-Fourteen.
